Our services
Standard
At A&A Automotive, we stand behind the quality of our work and the service we provide. If a customer experiences an issue with a completed repair, we will promptly investigate and address the problem. However, to ensure fairness, the following applies:
A diagnostic fee of $85 will be charged if a follow-up inspection is requested after the initial repair.
If the issue is determined to be a result of the initial service, we will correct it at no additional labor cost.
Refunds will only be provided for labor or parts if it’s confirmed that the service was incomplete or faulty; otherwise, partial charges may apply, such as for travel.
Travel fees are $15 per trip depending on location, which may be added if multiple visits are required.
